Grants under the National Recovery Plan (KPO) for the HoReCa sector
As part of our service, we advise on obtaining investment grants for the HoReCa sector. We help at the stage of preparing application documentation, support during project evaluation and advise on the settlement of grants. We have been acquiring grants for our clients since 2002, which makes us one of the longest operating teams on the Polish market. We support entrepreneurs from various industries, including: hotel, catering, cultural and many others.
Competition details
Grants are aimed at micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. Enterprises entering the competition will have to record revenue decrease of at least 20% in 2020 or 2021. Running a business in the HoReCa sector will have to be confirmed with a PKD code in the registration documents.
The grant funds can be used, among others, for: construction works, construction of new production lines, purchase of machines and equipment necessary to introduce new products/services, investments related to the green transformation, activities related to the use of digital technologies or upgrading of qualifications. It should be emphasized that VAT is not an eligible cost.
The maximum expected value of eligible costs is PLN 600,000. The investments will be financed under de minimis aid, which allows for a maximum project funding of PLN 540,000 (or up to the aid limit held by the entity).
Basic support conditions

We will prepare an application for funding in the KPO A.1.2.1 competition for the HoReCa sector and advise on the eligibility of costs within the project. We also actively participate in the substantive evaluation process until the funding agreement is signed
