Product Description
We offer comprehensive consultancy services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial processing and production services sectors that wish to benefit from non-repayable grants under the "Dig.IT Digital Transformation of Polish SMEs" programme. This programme, implemented by the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) with the support of European Funds for the Modern Economy (FENG), aims to enhance the digital maturity of Polish businesses.
Our experts will assist you in verifying compliance with key criteria and defining a digital transformation project focused on production processes or those directly supporting them (e.g. design, warehousing, quality control, sales, security).
We will prepare the complete application documentation, ensuring full compliance with the programme requirements. We will take care to accurately present eligible costs.
The application round is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025, providing time for strategic preparation. We invite you to contact us for a free consultation if you are planning a project worth at least PLN 800,000, so we can jointly plan your path to effective digital transformation with Dig.IT.
Who is it for
The Dig.IT programme is intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the industrial processing or production services sector, which have completed at least five full financial years.
How much
Non-repayable grants ranging from PLN 150,000 to PLN 850,000 are available, covering up to 50% of eligible project costs. Please note that the grant amount may not exceed 30% of the company's average annual revenue over the last three years.
What for
The funding is designated for the digital transformation of production or production service processes, as well as processes directly supporting them. It covers the purchase and implementation of software (off-the-shelf or custom), essential IT hardware, and employee training. Supported areas include, among others, process automation, AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and resource management.
